Best practices for bestsellers.

Most of the sales on a paperback rack come from the books on the bestseller list. To take advantage of this selling power, these books should be set in the most visible area of the department and should have multiple facings. As you receive the new month’s bestsellers, move any remaining copies of the previous bestsellers below or beside the new titles.
